November's Shows

It's a new month, and there's a whole slew of shows we're interested in seeing. 

Ilya and Emilia Kabakov are having their first exhibition at Pace Gallery on 57th Street that coincides with a new documentary film, Ilya and Emilia Kabakov: Enter Here, to premiere in the US at Film Forum this November.

The Sophie Calle Exhibition Absence is touching and beautiful--it's up through the 16th. Paula Cooper Gallery, 534 W 21st Street

The new Christopher Wool Exhibition at the Guggenheim has transformed the rotunda yet again.

Roni Horn's "Everything was sleeping as if the universe were a mistake" continues the artist's investigation of  the nature of perception, memory, and identity. at Hauser & Wirth, W. 18th St.

11/16-1/18/14: Nicola Hicks at Flowers Gallery

Through 12/21: Lynne Harlow at Minus Space

And don't forget Performa! Performa 13 (Performance and Visual Art Biennial) is happening all over the city from November 1-24.
